How can I check the status of an order? I ordered 3 trains but only received confirmation for 2 trains
I have received my order number in an email. On this order I had three trains: from Monterosso to Pisa Centrale, from Pisa Centrale to Firenze S.M.N., and from Firenze S.M.N. to Napoli Centrale. However, I only received confirmation from this order for the first two trains, and not for the train from Firenze S.M.N. to Napoli Centrale. All of this should have been processed together since it was one order. How can I check my order to see if the third train was purchased or not?
