Hi Beth, have you found anything out about Order TRA109871? I am getting anxious as we leave in two weeks. please respond. thank you, Giovanne Scoleri.
Your tickets are absolutely fine do not worry about them, we are still trying to get the Credit card processor to fix there foolish error and Head of the accounting department is having a meeting with them to figure out what exactly they are doing since they have now messed this up twice!
I will call or email you as soon as I know things are cleared up
