Confirmation screen went blank. Credit card was charged. No PNR numbers.
On March 3, 2015 I booked train tickets (Bolzano to Verona Train 9465, Verona to Milan Train 9710 and Milan to Como Train 25541). I received no confirmation page to print, no email, no PNR numbers. My credit card was charged. Now what?
