Ticket purchased and credit card was charged, but I havent received email confirmation.
I purchased 2 train tickets on 28 February 2015, via Trenitalia official website. I purchased as a guest as I do not have Trenitalia membership.
Details of ticket purchased:
Journey: Montreux to Milano Centrale
Date: 3 May 2015
Time: 6.36 to 9.37
Passenger 1:Noor Izzati Binti Che Noh
Passenger 2: Nur Syazwani Binti Ngatiron
Price: 32 Euro per person (Adult), Total 64 Euro
I paid using credit card - MasterCard and it was charged 64Euro for the train tickets.
However, there was an error on the page after I had paid, and I do not have any reference/booking number.
I also haven't received any email regarding the booking until today.
May I know what is the status of the train tickets?
