or non changeable or a regional, You must take your ticket to the customer service desk and have the trenitalia customer service
agent print your ticket, trenitalia is aware of the issue with their kiosks and is trying to fix it, we apologize for any inconvenience
as we are in contact with Trenitalia awaiting word of the issue being resolved. Until it is you must have the ticket agent print for you. Please make sure they do not try to put in MR or Ms as part of your name. If you have more than 1 ticket to get printed I would have them print
them all and just do not validate until you are ready to use that ticket.
