My wife and I had a wonderful trip in Italy in October 2014. What an amazing and beautiful country that we'd like to visit again in the future.
There is one thing that we have not heard back from ItaliaRail, and we need your help.
One of the trains that we booked was from La Spezia to Milano (see the attached email below), and was cancelled due to heavy flooding on 13 October. Just as other passengers were told, we showed our eTicket (La Spezia to Milano) at La Spezia Station's ticket window and purchased another ticket (to go from La Spezia to Parma then to Milano). The ticket window staff took our eTicket (La Spezia to Milano) and told us that we will get refund to our credit card account, but it has been more than 2 months and we have not received the refund.
Please help. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.
