transaction error, payment deducted
Hi, I have book a pair of ticket from Rome to florence on 22 dec 2014 06:15.
but upon ,my payment an error screen pop up and the transaction was not complete..
hence, I checked back to my bank statement and the amount has been deducted.
I did not receive any email confirmation either.
please advise what to do now as I got no order number due to the translation error message.
