I purchased 3 sets of train tickets and after I paid, it showed one trip was no available. how do I get refunded?

After credit card payment went off for three trips I only received two PNRs ( ZKC7N5 and ZKC7G5)
How do I get a refund for the one ticket not issued? Or alternatively, use that €67 for alternative train from Rome to Pisa for 3 adults and one child on 2 January 2015
