How can I change my ticket if I bought online as unregistered customer?
To whom it may concern,
I have just bought 2 train tickets from Venezia S.Lucia to Milano Centrale online this morning, but found out that we could not make it by the time we booked. I have tried to use the "customer area" on the website to make a change by myself, but it required the username and password which I don't have any as I bought the tickets as unregistered customer. Could you please instruct me how could I change the train to be 2 hours later that the one we booked before?
FYI, my booking code (PNR) is YVXHU5 and my ticket code is183488334.
