- No booking or ticket changes are allowed with this fare. This fare is not refundable.
Trenitalia will not allow us to cancel any of these reservations,
we can assist in sending in a refund request form to Trenitalia if you wish, it can take Trenitalia up to 6 months to respond to these requests and they do not include Italiarail in the decision process, or if you have hopefully taken out Travel insurance we would be happy to assist you with any information your insurance may need to assist in your claim,
