Option 1 – Purchase and information on schedule;
Option 2 – Information on train circulation, arrival or departure platforms;
Option 3 – Fast reservation change for ticketless (*) ;
Option 4 – Refund request or information on conciliation;
Option 5 – Listen to Radio FS News with all the last news on train traffic;
Option 7 – Reserve the service of assistance for people with reduced mobility (from 6.45 to 21.30 everyday);
(*) to access the service, the customer must have the code of booking change (CP) and the Master Code
The options 1, 2, 3 are managed via automatic responder.
